  Fitness and Exercise for stronger bones and Healthy aging.

  Miriam is a Registered Physiotherapist with 31 years of clinical experience and co-owner of Fit For Life Physiotherapy, which has proudly served the Burlington community for 17 years. 

  Miriam is also Bone Fit trained through Osteoporosis Canada, bringing evidence-based exercise strategies for osteoporosis and fracture prevention directly to her work with clients. 

  She also completed her yoga teacher training over a decade ago, giving her a holistic, whole-body approach to strength, mobility, and healthy aging.

  Passionate about community education, Miriam is dedicated to helping people move well, live well, and age well through safe, sustainable exercise.

  A Seasonal Event at The Watering Can

  Tea Garden Luncheon and a Floral Arrangement Workshop

  

  Join us: Thursday, November 5

  Our bus will depart Burlington Centre North Parking lot at 9:30 am returning approximately 4:30pm

  We will enjoy a plated Garden Tea Luncheon at 11am. Following our lunch we will participate in a Private Workshop where we will each create our own Seasonal Floral Arrangement to take home.

  The cost of our trip is $160.00 per guest for our transportation, Garden Tea and Floral Workshop.

  Only 5 seats are still available at this time on our 36-seat bus. Registering online quickly is key to making this a successful Special Event!
